It is a structured, Psalm-rooted formation path designed to help men govern their attention, steward their bodies, root their spirits in God, and bear fruit that holds across years and seasons.

The two dimensions are not separate. The man who is unformed cannot build what endures. The organization without ordered leadership cannot produce legacy. The personal and the professional both require the same foundation: a root system that draws from the right source.
